Akindiya Dare-Johnson is an accomplished Energy Engineer with a strong background in data analytics, project management, and engineering operations. He holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics and Technologies from the University of Bolton, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. Dare joined Lead-Rite International Ltd in 2020, where he has held several key roles across the energy and utility services sector. His leadership and technical expertise led to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer, where he continues to drive strategic operations and innovation.

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is also a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). In addition, he has earned multiple professional certifications related to energy systems, auditing, and project execution. Dare is highly skilled in energy auditing, enumeration, and solving complex technical and operational challenges. His areas of expertise include project costing, planning, scheduling, and the application of analytical tools to optimize engineering and energy systems. Combining his analytical acumen with engineering insight, Dare is passionate about delivering practical, data-driven solutions to improve energy efficiency and support sustainable infrastructure development
