Babalola David Ajekiigbe, MNIOB, MCIOB, FNIBIFM Founder & Managing Director, Lead-Rite Int’l Ltd Babalola David Ajekiigbe is the Founder and Managing Director of Lead-Rite Int’l Ltd, a dynamic multi-service construction company renowned for delivering high-quality projects with minimal resources and supervision. Since its establishment in 2020, Lead-Rite has grown steadily under his visionary leadership, earning a solid reputation for excellence, innovation, and efficiency within Nigeria’s construction industry.

He holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering Management from the University of East London, and has completed several executive diplomas and certifications through UniAthena, specializing in Building Services Engineering Management, Operations and Project Management, and Environmental Health and Safety Management. Babalola is a Registered Builder with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (MNIOB). He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) in the United Kingdom and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Builders in Facilities Management (FNIBIFM).

In addition, he holds several certifications from safety institutes both in Nigeria and abroad, underscoring his unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and professional excellence in the built environment. Before founding Lead-Rite, Babalola spent seven impactful years at Kadal Construction Works Ltd, rising from Trainee Manager to Senior Project Manager, where he led and coordinated numerous successful construction projects across Lagos.
